You clkearly said that when Bynum goes on to be the next Amare, KG or O'Neal type you'll basically say 'i told you so'. That's not a direct quote but please don't deny that. That's the exact reason those comparisons started in the first place.

as far as bynum goes, the lakers have to be tickled with what this kid is doing. coming in and averaging what 14 points 7.5 rebounds 1 block and shooting 60%? I didnt expect that
Channing Frue is supposed to be an advanced player with experience is getting tooled on by jerome beasley peter john ramos he s averaging 11 points 4 reb and 33% shooting looks lost on the D--i mean he has been BRUTAL lets be real BRUTAL he knows it we know it the Knicks know it sugar coat it all you want but he beter pick up his play.
dont compare bynum and frye right now because bynum has put frye to shame
Briggs you have lost it man. Just on that note alone, I am done with this topic, this has not only gone way overboard but with that comment and post this has reached a level of ridiculousness that is so far unsurpassed... I know you are reacting upon emotion because you wanted Bynum and I know you are better than that last post, I will just leave it at that...
why because im telling the truth
if bynum is averaging 14 points 7 reb 1 block shooting 60+%
and frye who is 5 years older is avg 11.7 3.7 shooting 33%
so why are we comparing?
I didnt start these threads to compare any player, i just thought it would be interesting to see how bynum faired over his first few games. it posters who have gone on tangents, starting threads bynum fizzles--if bynum fizzled what the h did Channing frye do? what has he done, so far he has proved every doubter right. Now Im only a partial doubter, im on channings side, but my assessment of his play of his focus of his energy of his defense of his ffense--I would really grade him an F so far. And I think isiah would to--i watched the tape of the Orladno game a couple of times, he played well in parts but if you rewatch it Dwight Howard dominated him it that first Q and then seemed to lose interest. Frye went to the FL a lot and that has been the only think in the SL he has done well shoot FT--hes been just plain bad on both ends of the court and if you think otgerwise, I would say go watch the tapes again.
Im going to keep Bynums name off here, we have to many of our own problems to deal with. We dont need to get embarassed comparing guys who will be on two different plains in the nBA.
what would be interesting would be if you posted both their stats in an nba forum....it would be a lot less bias that way

i also listed a ton of other high school guys. the point was to show that Bynum has a very good chance to be a borderline allstar/allstar or maybe even a superstar. And he's making ways by performing shockingly well so far at only 17. He may not play for than 15-20mins this year behind Mihm but I think he will definitely show flashes of whats to come
2 rebounds in 26 minutes. Watchout Amare, Ben Wallace, Shaq and Abdul-Jabar!
lol

This talk is humble pie compared to what you were saying right before and right after the draft!!! Come on now let's be serious with this.

How so? You haven't even seen Bynum play. Where's the confidence in him coming from? lol
2 rebounds in 26 minutes! Ouch!
If I agreed with you that the summer league is the right time to say 'I told you so' I'd be saying 'I told you so'. But I know better.

and Frye had 16pts 3rebs 1blk in 29mins! whats your point? you make this too easy with your arguements. Maybe you should just give up and stop reading all my posts man
lol Huh? What in the world was your point with that last post?
You're proving MY point. Summer league doesn't count. I'm telling you Bynum's numers because it is YOU who is trying to use summer league as a vehicle to say I told you so.

Not gonna happen. Too much work for him. Briggs loves laying out facts, figures and little doodads without any hard figures to back it up....besides what he's seen with his own eyes. And of course if he saw it then it must be beyond reproach. Yup

the fella's our own resident Basketball Genius.
