The worst leftie reliever I've seen in a while. This guy sucks so bad it's a disgrace that he's wearing a yankee jersey. He's cost us several games and I just don't like seeing him on the mound.

He wasn't pitching that bad early, but yeah, he has been causing many problems now with the playoffs on the line. He won't earn Joe's trust that way so don't expect to see him a lot...

Joe Torre... I loved the guy but I cant remember a worse job of managing a pitching staff then Joe Torre this year. Everyday its the same crap

joe torre's mismanaging of the pitching staff was not more evident than game 7 last season when he started kevin brown instead of javier vasquez and then brought in vasquez to face damon who plunked a couple of homers off vasquez earlier in the season.

the game 7 lost was torre's worst moment as yankee manager.

What about Jaret Wright? I can't believe how terrible his season has been. But the Yanks knew about this before signing him, knowing his injury concerns. I just cant believe how this guy keeps getting hit by line drives! Terrible signing thus far... Grr!

Another Joe Moment today? He started hits-magnet Jaret Wright instead of red-hot Small. What happened? Wright gave up 7 runs in the first 2 innings, was again hit by a line drive and lead us to a tough loss. Small kept the Yanks in the game for most of the game after Wright. Joe could've even taken Wright out after the first, but he didn't and those three runs proved to be the difference...
