Argh! I hope the Knicks don't actually finish with a higher winning percentage than the Yankees finish with!

The Mets and Rangers in first, Yanks last, knicks win two in a row, Jets with No. 4 pick -ALL IS RIGHT THE WORLD
they will... most of their hitters are slow starters. Pitching is fine, the runs will come.

I think you're probably right. They won only 11 of their first thirty games last year and still had an excellent regular season. (The post-season was another story, though.)
oh common man this is ridiculous!!!
This is an OT thread!!!...Save it for the OT FORUM you nimrod....
I mean come on.....Martin and Andrew have better things to do than move threads around!

fish, this seems like the yanks of last year, no clutch hits, no moving runners and sheffield not doing jack in the clutch it seems. Anyway I hope I am wrong, the last time we started 1-4 was in 1998 and we finished 114-48 with the first of 3 straight world series titles....
a win today in LA would be nice... starting on the west coast is tough..

That's my concern too. I fully expect the Yankees to demolish poor teams and win at least 90. But I'm not convinced they won't have yet another disasterous playoff appearance.
There is enough Knick stuff in the thread to keep it in the Knicks forum. Example: "pleasant distraction!" Distraction from the Knicks. "I hope the Knicks don't actually finish with a higher winning percentage!" Hence no OT required.
Big LOL!
