will be completed july 12th. (now this was reported on minny radio and is not 100% confirmed)
Good Deal for the wolves.
But they keep adding these young pieces............. does that mean KG is gone???

Thank god Minnesota is taking him and I don't have to worry about Isiah getting him anymore. Intersting that they couldn't get more then Jaric back for DMiles.

They got Ricky Davis too. I think they're trying to get whatever talent at a discount price they can get during KG's last 2 or so prime years. If Darius's knee is okay, I think this will work out well for them. This is a much better situation for Darius to be in than on a rebuilding young team in Portland. He also always plays hard on both ends of the court even though he has baggage. Jaric isn't worth one-tenth his salary. Losing him won't hurt Min.

if this trade goes down, their next move should be to sign mike james for the MLE.
I think James will get more than the MLE somewhere. But he'll at least have his pick of several teams willing to give him the MLE, in which case I would NOT pick Min if I were him.
wow, what a team of headcases they're surrounding KG with. Griffin, Davis, Miles, McCants... wow.
^^^ Wow..... And arent they trying to add Kmart???? KG is going to refuse to play.
Minny had to do something, KG is drowning over there. I don't know what impact it wil have, although obviously it will make them better. Their frontcourt is gonna be really long now. Miles at the 3 KG at 4? Thats alot of length to get around. Its still criminal how poorly Minny has been mismanaged, and this move doesn't make them contenders by any stretch of the imagination. But I'll wait and see what else they do.
They've got a lot of long and athletic players, davis and griffin included too. if marcus banks stays around, with a good coach they could be a strong defensive team for the next couple of years.
