agrees to 6 year $60 mil deal.
Byebye Reggie Evans. Thats quite a deal for a injured player.
That's a HUGE contract to give him! Wow!

ACL. Most professional athletes that are as young as he can come back almost 100%. Jamal Craford had the same injury. Same with Q2 I think.

Oh, theres no doubt about that, but to give a guy 10 million a year who busted up his knee is quite a risk I think.
I think that contract is insane.
It's an extremely foolish deal. Putting the injury aside, he's not that great of a player to begin with.
Eddy Curry rebounds more than that guy. And Eddy can score. I know Nene is a solid defender, but that contract is a little nuts.

Maybe but Nene's had knee problems for a while even before the ACL injury. I think he missed about 30 games the previous year with knee injuries.
I think this means they have to have some sort of deal in place for Kenyon Martin or Marcus Camby. They can't seriously be willing to pay $10 mill for a backup player. Only the Knicks do that.

Good point Ewing. I'd be thrilled if Isiah brought Camby back here, I know he's always had a liking for him and I think he'd be the perfect player to play in the frountcourt with Curry and Frye since Camby does everything they don't, which is block shots and rebound. Could even run all 3 of them out there at times and you got one hell of a tall frountcourt. Not sure what it would take to get him right now though.
Is there any chance that Denver does Mo Taylor (expiring) and David Lee for Camby?
Karl has already said they're trading Kmart because they can't afford to have 4 front court players making $10 million a year. If Kmart's knee is healthy, I'd explore Mo Taylor or Francis for Kmart. But I given what Zeke has said about no Santa coming this year, I have a feeling Dolan has told him he can't add that kind of salary.
