I guess it all depends on this year. But lets compare them to other expansion teams in their 3rd year... They have quite a roster and nucleus of young promising talent.
Felton, May, Wallace, Okafor, Morrison etc... I like this team!
I absolutely love what the Bobcats have done. They play a college-style of basketball with players that have recently just come out of college. This team is going to be very tough to deal with, I assume starting this year.
Morrison looks great from what I've seen so far. Ok4, felton, wallace.. WOW!! they got defense, leadership at PG, size, shooting. whats not to like?!
honestly, looking at the squad first makes me excited, then jelous, then bitter. No joke.. it honestly has me pissed.
I'm pretty sure THAT team would sell out the Garden en route to 35 wins and we would eat it up.

This is why I get pukey when I head certain guys spout how they "like our team"
to be fair, i'm gonna say we have to see these guys actually win something. they won 26 games last year. like the knicks, they have to actually do much better than that to get my respect.
I think adding Morrison is the final piece for them to be competive. They never had a reliable shooter. Defense and gritiness will only get you so far. Ok4/Wallace weren't good enough scorers to carry the load. Morrison fits in perfectly
uh not to mention okafor was out all year!
But you look at their team
National Champions
Felton, May, Okafur
And Morrison is a winner that led a small school into the tourney every year
Knicks
High School Championship
Marbury
Its about developing a culture......
hey malik rose won a championship!!!!

Knicks
High School Championship
Marbury
LOL at least he got a taste of something

seriously and they still only won 9 less games then the 35 projected wins the Knicks were suppose to have

No way, it's the Milwaukee Bucks.
They won the NBA Championship in their third year.

did they? wow then i take it back lol I diddnt know that?
Wouldn't the Bobcats have to actually win something to be declared the best expansion franchise ever? I mean, really doe.
They haven't made the playoffs yet, and here you are handing them the NBA championship, the World Series pennant, the Stanley Cup, the Super Bowl trophy ... let them win something first. A pie-eating contest, or something.
