I would think so. I mean now alot of athletes in general think about themselves and buy luxury items that they really don't need. Being Asian I am happy to see people like Chien-Ming Wang and Yao Ming sent alot of their salary back to their home countries.

What do you mean, "If they had a homeland." I don't know if it ever crossed your mind but their homeland is the place where they entered into the world at. Not Africa, as you apparently wish. Aint no NBA player trying to go to Africa.

I made the comment about giving back to a homeland because ball players like bogut and guys from croatia, russia , etc... can honestly send back cash to where they came from with a clear conscience.

If Alex Haley had roots and family history go all the way back to africa(the village of Jufuroo), how can bigpimpin say his roots stop in Milwaukee ? LOL
