This works every time:

Wait for them to have to repair the Elevators in your building. Remove the "Do not use" sign hanging in front of it. Ring the Elevator to your floor (works best above 5 stories) and then engage your co-worker in a conversation such that their back is turned from the elevator facing you. Then, when they hear the *ding* you motion to them with a slight nod of your head towards they elevator, they back in or turn and fall. Voila

That only would matter if I wasn't kidding. Luckily I'm kidding.

It was an obscure reference to the fact that certain coworkers tend to redo things their own way instead of reusing the already done work, thus invaliding the work that has already been done. That seems insane to me.

leave a bomb in the company lounge w/a picture of isles attached to it that reads "LOOK WHAT YOU MADE ME DO ISIAH!"
