I'm a proudly registered Independant and plan on staying that way so I couldn't vote. I would have voted for Obama though.

I'm with you. I cannot be beholden to anyone party. I am now and forever an Independent person.

Plus my wife will kill me if I don't vote for who she tells me to vote for.

I vote for whoever I like better. This whole party crap pisses me off because it lets people make less informed decisions. Sure some people will vote for whoever the want without regard to party, but most don't. The party system is killing the voting process.

Can't vote because I'm nor registered in a party, which I am regretting.

New Jersey apparently allows people to show up and register/re-register (to switch parties) on the spot, from what I hear.

Yes you can show up on the spot in Jersey and switch parties. Last night I considered f-ing with the Repugs primaries and voting for Romney.

But I would really love this country to have a serious 3rd party.

I went out and voted for Obama yesterday and it didn't make a difference.

That sucks.

Political parties suck donkey nuts.

My friend totally killed what little bit of string that was hanging from our friendship.......he said he wasn't going to vote because "the black vote doesn't count". He also says that voting is another way for the goverment to control you. What a stupid ignorant piece of shit. Known the dude 16 years. That's dun for.

So I am currently excepting applications for title of "best friend". Application fee is $50 and its non-refundable.
martin @ 2/6/2008 11:26 PM
Do you accept cheetos in place of the $50?

I voted for Hillary. As expected, she did very well across the board. She got all the big delegates and I'm happy for her. But this thing is 'long' from over. A battle to the end. She'll hang onto the lead, and she may lose it a few times, momentarily, but looks like it's gonna have to come down to the Super Delagates and she has most of them.

That kid from chicago got endorsed by Kerry, the Gov. of Mass and about half the Kennedy's and still' got his put wooped in Mass.! Wayyyyyy to go people! The only good thing Mass. did for New York.

The Democratic Party also mentioned that if need be, they will vote on activating MIchigan and Florida, two states Hillary got big votes in. Florida alone has a population of about 18 million people. That's wayyyyyyyy too many people to lock out! Not Democratic at all. I wanna thank ALL' of the hispanics who supported Hillary in helping her stay ahead. You are true friends. Thank you!!!

I'm looking for a great year this year. First the Giants win. The Mets pick up Santana and hopefully, Hillary will be able to pull through this whole thing. Keep your fingers crossed guys.
