i know i should keep this in the Yankees Thread but i felt he deserved some individual props for how he's performed this season, especially today... 6 hits w/the game winner w/2 outs in the bottom of the 10th in 1 of the craziest games we're gonna see all year... very impressive showing. (& he didn't even need the 'stache to do it)

& how about Jorge's huge HR that same inning to tie it off the Royals' closer? takes a lot of the stink out of Andy's crappy showing today, that's for sure... 10 runs to the Royals... ugh.

this team is enough to drive ya crazy sometimes... but i'll take this type of torture any day as long as we get that W.

btw, his BA is up to .326 now... i think he deserves Allstar consideration.

Had to catch it on Yankee's Encore. Best individual performance since Arod's 3 HR, 10 RBI game a couple years ago. As well as he was hitting with the 'stache, bet you he doesn't grow it back for a long while.

It was exciting as hell...but I have to admit, I still can't get used to Yankee Stadium chanting "JOHN-NY-DA-MON!"

can u believe the 2 highest BA's among AL outfielders right now are Milton Bradley & Johnny boy?

which one do u think would be weirder? the "JOHN-NY-DA-MON" chant or "MIL-TON-BRAD-LEY"

Damon and Giambi have been outstanding over the past 6 weeks. That said, I can't vote for any Yankee for the all-star game right now. I'm too disgusted with the entire team.

haha, understandable... but i do think Damon should be in there... he's been hitting over .500 for the past month & has been real clutch for us in a lot of games this year... i can't believe how well he & Moose have played for us this year
