I stopped doing this shiot when I got my first ticket at 16. This stuff is always fun for people until they lose a friend or a family member. Then they go around campaigning and begging other people not to be as stupid as them. There are many other responsible ways to get your thrills. It angers me that there are people that still think it's fun to put my family and other families at risk.
let me just get this straight, i don't race in midday traffic & not stupid enough to put other people at risk for the sake of my own cheap thrills... i don't go around challenging kids to races everywhere i go... i'm just saying i'm not innocent of having gone fast more than a few times in my day, whether it be on the highway at 3 in the morning or on the drag strip at Englishtown... if there's someone on this site that pretends like they've never speeded before, i call them a liar.

You call that speeding? 94 in a 55mph zone? That's pathetic. Anything less than 160 is just poking along. My grandmother drives faster than that.

I will tell you straight to your face, not one time in my life have I ever thought it was a good idea to go 94 in a 55. Not once. Yes, there are people in this world who after their teenage years begin to understand this danger.
oh please... u guys act like this guy just committed murder for God's sakes... gimme a damn break... yes, i realize the dangers of speeding... i guess u've also never had a few beers & gotten behind the wheel either... never stolen anything... never smoked a joint... never committed a sin ever in your entire life after your teenage years.

Yes, I have gotten behind the wheel after a few drinks. Then I reached an age when I realized that it was stupid. Now when people I know do it, I tell them as much. I don't just say "oh well, I did it so I can't judge."
No, if the action is stupid I have no problem saying so. We need more judgement nowadays, especially by those that learned the err of their ways. Isn't that what parents do everyday?

Actually, I was pretty straight after the teen years and never' smoked a joint (nodda once) and always knew to never' get behind a wheel while intoxicated and never did in fact. I guess I'm the few exceptions, because just about everyone I knew did most of those things. Some of the results were fatal unfortunately.
