ugh... as if our already disappointing season & the freakin' Red Sux about to get to another WS wasn't enough.

I'm really disappointed in Joba

DUI is bad enough, but speeding w/an open container of alcohol in the car is just insanely moronic... hopefully he learns a valuable lesson from all this.

Hopefully he gets help if he has a serious alcohol problem

WTF! What an idiot. And an 'alcohol problem'? The last thing we need. This guy better straighten his ass out.

You know , i am a very liberal person and i think that ppl should be allowed to do whatever they want in private as long as it doesn't hurt any1. DUI i really take seriously since its been proven that it lowers your reaction time. and if a person can get behind a wheel while not sober, they'll do it again and again, they are bound to do it while drunk at some point, which is disrespectful to their own life and lives of others on the road and there is NO excuse for that. I hope they'll teach him a lesson. . .

I say drinking-driving laws should always be strict, because more people died before they were put into law, decades ago. I lost a few relatives to drunk driving myself, so I know.

No excuse for this, whatsoever. I'm not gonna say he has alchohal problems, b/c we don't know that and there have been NO reports about that so I'll leave that alone. However, THIS is just stupid.

It's really easy to criticize him, but these things happen. It's good no one was hurt, so it's best if he puts it behind him and moves on. I'm sure he'll learn from all of this and that's the most important thing.
