Without any phishing tactics to the point, were did you get your name from?

My name 4949, is Ron Guidry's old uniform number. I simply doubled' it. He was one of my all-time favorite Yankees.

ah, this topic again... i'm pretty sure most of the forum vets know where i got mine but for the newbs around here, theMETSsuck was my original handle on the MSG forums but it got tiring getting into it w/all Mets fans & everyone called me TMS for short anyways, so there you go.

That's right. I forgot all about what your handle meant. And I remember your old handle. Do you think Mets fans started calling you TMS, to sound like PMS?

I used to be GKF on RealGM before I got banned for not being a big enough homer and supporting Isiah. I found this forum and simply added "v2" as in "version 2" to my name. GKF stands for Greek Knicks Fan. I still go by the name GKF at Knicks4life.

I couldn't think of one so I made this. Is it possible to change my name? I would change it to 'fansince'

Ramtour was my very 1st handle back in the 90ies when every1 was still using AOL as their net privider. I got it from a box or golfballs my buddy had laying around( i was 17 and i moved out of my dad's house and was living at his parent's place, looking for an apartment) and it was the 1st thing that caught my eye.
420 as some of you may know stands for "time to get stoned"

First letter of my first name and my favorite number. Simple but effective.

Uptown is where I was born and raised. All the way Uptown, in the Bronx, right near the last stop of the 5 train, Dyre ave/Boston road.....

uptown, why do they say that Harlem is uptown? When I was growning up(90's) I lived uptown 222nd street White Plains road, back then that was considered uptown not Harlam.

I always thought the STRG part of your name was short for 'strong' making your name 'fine-strong'

instead of calling you fine, I'll know to call you finest now lol.

22nd and white plains...wow, thats not too far from where I grew up. I used to live in Edenwald projects. Used to ride my bike to white plains all the time.

Harlem/Bronx its all uptown. I guess when you consider Manhattan downtown, Harlem which is above Manhattan is uptown and the bronx is, well way uptown LOL. Heres a better question. When did Uptowns become Air Force Ones?
