I know it's the beginning of crappy weather season in NYC but today was the first official day of that. 45 degrees and soggy when I woke up to go to class at 8:30 AM. On my way there it starts pouring rain. Standing outside for buses/trains in this weather is terrible. Then the icing on the cake was me busting my ass walking down the steel train steps. I wasn't even walking fast yet I slip and bounce down each step. Luckily there weren't many around to see the embarrassment lol.
But yeah, awesome day today!
Down to 37 and a mixed slop of snow and sleet and rain right now down here in Jersey.
Yeah, winter is on the way, and we've been spared the past few years.
yeah, i spent the last two years in VT and this kind of weather is actually sort of peaceful up there.
now that i'm back in brooklyn, it's just annoying as hell and makes the morning commute miserable. sigh.
Giants are 6-1 and on the path to repeat as chanmps. Everything is coming up roses
