S&P 500 up 10% today --- It's really hard to take this market seriously. It will probably be back down 10% by the end of the week.

Who gives a rat's ass? You know the season opens up today, right? Let's concentrate on what is important.

just got to wait it out. there'll probably be a rebound in january, and then level off as the year goes along. but it will take 2-3 years to get back...

That's why I'm in it for the long haul. After 10 years of investing, I will hopefully break even.

I think the stock market will go up and down.

I think we should bet on whether basketballjones breaks even first or the knicks win the ECF. The smaaht money is definitely on the former.
