And this story matters because...? Besides the fact that Obama is not in touch with is aunt or has ever referenced her in his campaign, this information is simply irrelevant and leaked by McCain officials to try and sway some voters days before the election. But it is a failure because I trust that many people could care less about Obama's aunt. I hope I am right.

That's not the point! He is virtually going to be president, and the secret service should have all records of all' family members, there were abouts, what they do and what they eat, day in and day out. It's not the biggest story out there, but why is it even there?

You got to remember, there are still a lot of last minute voters who are still on the fence and if you think I trust what the polls are saying, then your mistaken. According to both parties they haven't spoken in 9 years. Damn. I know he was raised by his mother and her parents but it appears he has little contact with his father's family.

No, my comment asks clearly 'how could Bam not know this'? It's a simple question. You'd think his people would know everything about his family , extended family, etc. It's not really about her being here illegally. It's the fact that he didn't know is all I'm saying. I only quoted what he' said. You can go read it yourself. I read it and asking why? Aren't you curious?

Well, I think it's a little strange myself. If disconnected or not, I'd want to know. For security reasons also. What if someone kidnapped some of his family members? I mean there are some extreme people out there right now.
