The original plan of spending the $700 billion is being changed and the top salesmen for that plan are in for some tough questions. Do you guys think they should bail out the auto industry? I think the auto industry (Detroit) has had more' then enough time to change their ways, to introduce more eco designed cars that would sell better in the States then what foreign companies put out. But since it's such a global market now, does it really matter anymore if it's made' in the U.S.?

Personally, I don't think we should bail them out. I think the banks are the #1 priority at this time. And I also think that heads should fall for anyone who caused this entire mess to begin with.

But at the same time, could all of this be happening because' of the global market? Are we the United States up to speed on the global market or are we behind and our big execs just been holding us all back? Lot's of questions!

Also, with billions bound to be left over and Barack taking over in January, could this be a part of his 'spreading the wealth' opportunity to put a lot of the money in some social institutions? Should we rely on the bigs to make the decisions on what's going to get this particular wheel rolling again, or do we give it to the people to do so? What do you guys think about all this?
