So, I want to put together a NY Giants mix, but I'm not sure (1) which software to use and (2) where to get the video clips. Any help would be appreciated (I'm looking at Cosmic, BigC, and GKF)

I've got no Giants stuff.
Depending on how fancy you want to get with the mix will dictate what you use to create it.
For simple things Windows Movie Maker is just fine. If you have WindowsXP you should have it.

Where would you look or what search terms would you use to find the clips? Or is this the type of stuff you have to capture yourself?

I cap my own stuff as you know so I don't know where you'd search for footage. Do people up Giant games? Like torrents or something? No idea.
Are there clips on YouTube? You could download them using http://keepvid.com/ then convert them to mpg using an flv converter and then use those. YT clips are pretty degraded though.
Not sure what to tell ya there.

Thanks bud... it's a start. That's the big problem, I don't know where to get the footage from. I want to time the bigger, nastier plays in Giants history to a version of The Organ Donor I have
I got the whole thing sequenced and in my head I know what plays I want to use, I just gotta find them
