To everyone: If you have someone you think should be a founding father and/or someone that should be a hall of famer without going through a poll system, please list them here and they will probably get in if the majority of posters agree.
the hell with nominations... if you're not shameless enough to openly campaign for yourself for induction, then u have no place in the UK Hall of Fame.

To condense the list so I don't have to make 25 future polls, I have chosen some no-brainer hall of famers. If anyone has a problem with this list and wants someone removed or added on to it(besides themselves), please say so in this forum.

I have decided to put Channing Frye and Eddy Curry in the Knicks franchise hall of fame.
Before anyone complains about the style of the Hall of Fame and all that, this is all in the early stages. When I have the time I'm going to make it look nice. I still want to make use of those plaques and I'll have different categories as well. I'm very open to suggestions and help from all you guys. I did this for fun and for all to enjoy, not for people to get angry and chastise. I think it is fun to honor the past and present of UK. I haven't been here for as long as many others have been but I've learned about the past, spent time reading old posts and come to know many of the current and former members here really well. I am glad to be a part of this forum and just want this HOF to be a fun thing for everyone else. It's something to pass the time for us while this playoff season is going on.

There needs to be a legacy HOF. Some of us have been around a long time, and even used differnt names.
How do you vote for "DIDO" if you never read "Dido"? Dido is a first ballot HOF. It was a brief UK career, but a brilliant one!!!!
The reincarnations of Playa and his slow ascent into madness. That or the Governement finally arrested him because he knows too much.
What about "Hardcore"? THere was a time when he was a rabid poster and "brung" it every day!
This guy, LIKnicksfan is a classic. There is a catagory for him, for which I cannot really classify. A young man who lives in his parents basements and makes zombie movies!
I recommend there be a HOF commitee whom sets the parameters and perhaps if agreeable Martin can make a new tab just for the "HOF".
It can be a thread, a subject, a poster etc.
Bippity's tea party for example should be in there. Bonn, who we have watched grown from a 10 year college geek who bites girls noses, admires overweight young but large black pro atheletes when he is not vacationing to far away exotic places with his parents (sharing a bunk with his brother) and never worked into a non tenured touring phsych professor of third rate colleges in backward places and borderlines on beastology when! He is also the "SnitMeister"! But he is our "Snitmeister" and we love him just the same!
Many posters do not know these things. Some might even remember when I was actually funny at times!

If you wanna divide dudes up and form a criteria for a hall of fame...make a 10k club....15k club....and a 20k club....that should be the rank and file of these boards.

I've been here since I was 16 in 2002. I remember signing up, waiting for my Graphic design class to start. I'm one of the few from that era thats still around.
