If this ends up trading off Lee--well what can I do. BUT I hope the Knics are smart enough IF they deal with a GS to make SURE that GS throws in Randolph with ells--they want Ellis gone and we NEED a C and Randolph IMHO is going to be a GREAT nba 5 for a long time.

broussard already backtracked today saying that the lebron camp is intrigued with what the knicks did and we are in the mix. he still refuses to put us in front of chicago while other reporters have. all agree that miami is definitely on the outside. that is sweet revenge on riley.

Either way, what else were we supposed to do? Outline it. We had the money and we signed an all NBA second teamer. Signing Lebron or Wade was always a big gamble. But if Lebron says no, what would you have done instead of locking up Amare?

OK this is the right step in the right direction. If Lebron comes to New York we still need pieses to fill this team. Curry just may be the key if he wants a pay check after this year. I'm glad to see players signing contracts and not waiting on Lebron.
