even w/the strike shortened season they were still 4 games over .500... i have a problem with a losing team playing for championships, that just goes against the whole point of why teams compete all season to win games IMO.

A long-time to be relevant? They won their division 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2010. They went to the Superbowl in 2006 and had a good chance to win. But they've been relevant for a while now, and the last 3 years of poor play have been a result of rebuilding as their Super Bowl talent got old. They retooled in 3 years and now have a young and potential laden team similar to the KNicks.
