i fucking hate chemotherapy, it's a giant scam.
you make the man suffer for a few extra months or, if you're unlucky, a few extra years.
it's ridiculous.
doctors are pathetic in this country, scam artists.
Dude, do you have any idea the people you insult with your comments? You better have a long hard look in the mirror pal, and grow up.
It is stupid to suffer with chemotherapy for a few extra miserable months. I take heroin and die happy.

Good for you, that's your decision not everyone else's. Just because you would make a different decision regarding your own health does not make chemo a scam or doctors scam artists. Honestly, I can't even figure out what sort of logic you used to reach that conclusion. "Doctor tells me chemo could add X amount of time to my life. I instead choose euthanasia. Therefore, chemotherapy is a scam." Huh? You're always talking about how much smarter you are than everyone else, one of these days you should provide some actual evidence.

I don't say this lightly, or in anger but jail wasn't the right place for you. You should have been sectioned. You're a danger to yourself.
Can we ban this freakin idiot already? So tired of reading his nonsense. I avoid the threads he starts, but he impregnates all other threads with his stupid and offensive remarks. What an asshole.
You guys are insane I think. What a violent reaction.

pretty much cause your statement was ignorant and uninformed.

it really wasn't.
chemotherapy is a big money maker for the medical industry. it destroys the quality of life for the patient.
i see there is this blind faith in the medical industry as an end all. it is not an end all.
people do not want to face the facts, that doctors don't care about their well being.
these guys here don't want to take responsibility for their own health, and that's a shame.

perhaps you can inform us about your medical background and depth of knowledge about chemotherapy as a science. We'll be the judge as to the depth and breathe of your statements from there.

bah, this is trivial. it is a waste of time to go into such things.
i've done the footwork, you can trust me. if you want learn more about my life approach, about my health, my mind, all these things, you can ask me and we can go into it, bit by bit. many years i have spent thinking, and now i am beginning to reap the rewards of my labors.
you ask me to distill it all here, in a few sentences, it cannot be done.
this is my Word.
i cannot force this health on anyone, one must truly wish to be healthy, in spirit and in body. i can only point the way. the rest is up to you.
OBM,
Regardless of your belief its not really necessary to comment on everything nor share your values on everything.
Perhaps its offensive is somting you should consider than the importance of your own opinion.
Read Lance Armstrong's book on his Chemo and radiation experience. Its a freaking nightmare but some choose the fight instead of just submitting.
I would fight like hell to spend a few years with my children. They need me and want to be there.
Maybe with a more life experience in time you might think otherwise..............

While it was ignorant and uninformed, I was more annoyed about the utter lack of human consideration and sensitivity shown. You know, simple human traits.
I have friends of mine who's children are alivetoday because of chemotherapy and here's this guy saying we should have gotten my friends little baby girl high and let her die. Big fan of freedom of speech but I wish I didn't have to see this guy spew his hateful, hurtful BS all the time.
This is the most offensive thread I have read in my life. My good friends just buried their beautiful 17 year old daughter after a battle with a rare form of cancer for 2.5 years. She got her chemo and radition treatments and from the beginning to the end...she lived her life to the fullest.
blob...how dare you?
look, i am just saying that most cancers are avoidable with the right life style.
do you think it doesn't pain me to see my fellow man suffer? this is an insult to me, how dare you?
western chemical treatment isn't an end all, and it's not the only way.
what is my dream? what is my fantasy? to see a world where everyone lives in harmony and in good health, with good diet, fitness, and happiness. where there is love all over.
it pains me to see people poisoned not only with chemo, but all these drugs people take to get through the day.
i did not mean to offend anyone, i give you all a hug.
the problem is that my understanding is so far ahead of you guys, my understanding of how to live, that i would have to reallys it down and talk to you for many months, over many marijuana joints and beers, to share my understanding. i hit snags when asked to go into small details that i have surpassed many moons ago.

I am sure your life approach is entirely holistic and enormously beneficial to you on a daily basis. I only know of you from your comments on an online forum. I am a well-adjusted family man with a wife, children, career and many diverse interests. I therefore find myself pretty representative of a proportion of society. I can tell you that, based on my observations of you interacting with other members of this forum, I have concerns for your mental health.
I'm not judging, and I'm sure you'd fit in with some kind of crowd. But if you can't get anyone to agree with you in as diverse a societal representation as UK, you belong in a very niche market. My honest advice to you would be to seek professional help.
I'm not trying to be snide, honestly. You just seem to be a very maladjusted individual with extreme views on a variety of topics involving your fellow members of society. There are clinical names for that kind of situation but I am not qualified to comment on that.

Would you mind telling me what you base your life approach on? Is there a religious aspect to it? A greater good? Some kind of goal? Belief in some kind of meditation or mental exercise? Whatever it is seemsto have made you believe you have achieved a higher level than other people. You haven't, but I'm interested to know what makes you think you have.

it is always difficult to put into words an approach, an understanding, because then it becomes an interpretations separate from the inner experience itself.
the best i can do is give you some characteristics, and these you can use as sign posts to help you paint a clearer picture of obm, the man.
i live in harmony with everything around me, with a love that is hard to understand. where one person gets angry at a menial task, i find great joy in it. where someone is worried about being late, i do not worry, and i do not come late. great positivity i share with those around me and am known for my smile and warm spirit.
when one "hangs out" with obm, one is at peace, because one is not under threat.
i am a compassionate spirit, in a nutshell.
and so, i have great physical and mental health and clarity.

blob - do you even read what you write man?
you say this:
"it pains me to see people poisoned not only with chemo, but all these drugs people take to get through the day."
then you say this not more than 5 or 6 lines later:
"i would have to reallys it down and talk to you for many months, over many marijuana joints and beers, to share my understanding."
and then you say this:
"the problem is that my understanding is so far ahead of you guys"
