Im 50. Had open heart surgery about 15 mos ago. Some hereditary shit. Feel great. didn't feel that bad up until a few months before the surgery but amazing now. They break the sternum and thats a motherphucker Work out 5-6 days a week. Im good.

Do some of everything. Elliptical and Row at the house, Gym for everything else. Walk, and about 4 hours of Tennis a week. Just started with higher impact and the tennis great. Been pulling and straining the legs but I just will play thru it and im sure it will get better.

Glad to hear you are doing well...

With that said, I've been learning how to play tennis lately and I was taught the Spin Serve today. Fooking hard as balls.

Nalod, I'm glad you are OK now. Open heart surgery is a bitch. Stay healthy; keep exercising and eat well.

Thanks......Funny was the weekend I was in the hospital was the weekend the UK had a get together and Marv did a great job pulling a group together. Im out of town so its not easy. I fully believe a night of heavy drinking and nite alone in the hotel in a less than perfect shape might have done me in. All week long Im telling my wife I don't think I should go as i felt weird.

It wall worked out. Few operations leave you better then when you started. I was very fortunate and freaking insurance is great. Operation cost like 90 grand and maybe I had to pay #3000. My wife was amazing and really took good care of me. My parents live near by and were able to help. Was walking a mile after 2.5 weeks and back to work part time in 3. Did 16 weeks of exercise under supervision at hospital and have not stopped since. I've lost like 25 lbs and changed my body quite a bit the last year. Im about half way done. would like to lose more weight.

Just as long as they are used my testicles! Don't want to ruin a good party!

We can do a "who can take torture test" with the OBM and see who is the strongest mentally!
