Off Topic · true blood season 4- "jumping the shark"? (page 1)

i was looking forward to this season and this episode was one of the strangest and worse one they ever had. they usually have a strong story or at least strong characterization and here we got none of them. we start off with a "planet of the apes" with magic rip-off and then it becomes a demented rip van winkle tale. they better shore it up quickly, especially when hung, another solid summer show, doesnt come back until october now.

I think jumping the shark has jumped the shark.

Agreed - bad episode. I think it will get better though.

well, you were right that it will get better. the second episode, though still with its problems, was much better than the last one.

I thought only chicks watched this show.

nah greek, its pretty good. filled with violence, nudity, lesbian sex and killing. what guy wouldnt like that?

well, it has gotten MUCH better throughout this season. I hope it stays this way. Lol
