How does this work again?

And what if most images are blocked at work?

And send closk?

Rules on top. Works just like any draft. Make sure you post a couple of pics to justify your pick. Some have even gone to the video tape.

It's all good Jimi, thanks. I've been around just been struggling for motivation to post. There was a looooot of negativity around and I couldn't be bothered to get into it tbh. Actually stayed up to watch the draft and was on UK checking out reaction but I've lost my fire a little I guess. Hope the lockout isnt too long cuz once te games come I'll be right back in it.

I may not have the old desire to post all day long, but for the Alba tourney. Hell yeah I'm up for that!!!!

Bring on the poontang say I!!!!!

How's about you man? Still looking after the cab driver?

Hello, and welcome sports fans to the 2011 UltimateKnicks.com Alba Draft! We greet you from a raucous arena with DrAlphaeus on the clock.

A member of the league since 2007, DrAlphaeus' success — or lack thereof — in the first two Alba Drafts has him and his organization very anxious to regain respectability to his franchise in the eyes of his fellow owners and the voting public. And now with no less than four picks in a draft where his more experienced colleagues are curiously absent, you have to hope and pray his scouts are up to this task.

Let's take a quick look at this organization's previous drafts...

In the inaugural 2009 draft he did not participate in the first round, and in the second round held the very last pick representing "Middle Afristralia" in the now-abandoned regional format. With the 58th pick he selected Oluchi Onweagba of Nigeria.

Measuring 6-foot-1 without pumps and an imposing wingspan, she had some of the best measurements coming out of workouts. But she fell victim to a harsh draw in the tourney: quickly eliminated by the number 1 pick Adriana Lima, who herself fell to the eventual champion Bar Refaeli (#19) in the Final Four.

In the 2010 draft, DrAlphaeus finally joined the first round with the 3rd & 26th picks. With the third pick he selected Rosario Dawson, a veteran the organization had been in love with since she was in high school, and her workout with Jesus Shuttleworth & assistant coach Spike Lee left quite an impression on the front office.

However DrAlphaeus was bested by savvy veteran GM "TMS" when his late second-rounder Jarah Mariano pulled a stunning upset. But this was nothing compared to the fate of DrAlphaeus' 26th pick, Tamia.

A Canadian prospect from a well-respected basketball family, DrAlphaeus now admits she was a reach as a first round pick. She was crushed by the tourney's namesake — Jessica Alba — in a 40-1 laugher that the organization is still reeling from.

With his second-round pick he selected Micaela Reis at #47.

A former Miss Angola, DrAlphaeus' African scouts again produced a quality value pick for the team. With her physical gifts, she seemed destined to advance, but she too fell against a more well-known matchup, the "Lead Pussycat" Nicole Scherzinger.

So now, poised at the top of this year's draft, we wonder what we'll be getting out of DrAlphaeus with his quartet of picks. Perhaps his previous failures will have him go for a safe pick this time. Or will his penchant for tawny & sable internationals finally produce a tournanment win? Is that the Commissioner I see coming onto the stage? I think we will soon find out...

With the first pick in the 2011 UltimateKnicks.com Alba Draft, DrAlphaeus selects the 2011 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue Rookie of the Year Kate Upton:
