Good points. For me, I try to avoid the Alba thread or the draft threads while at work, so it's of no consequence to me, either way. I can see why some people might not approve. Also, I kinda think NSFW pics might give unbalanced advantages to some of the "talents" as not all the women have NSFW pics.

Same here. You're either cruising "porn" at work or you're not, does it really matter how much nipple shows? Maybe it does in some places, I don't know.

The same holds true in reverse as well though. For instance a Playboy bunny. Bunnies who aren't celebrities get no traction. The current rules totally favor SI swimsuit models because they have the most pictures, from the best photography teams, wearing just the right amount. Girls who don't do swimsuit shots either don't have enough sexy shots to compete, or they do nude and their stuff is out of bounds. Try competing against a celebrity model with an unknown sometime.
For my taste, which runs pretty softcore, nudes aren't by rule an advantage. Lots of chicks are advantaged by keeping their junk in a sack.

I doubt my employer would care much if nobody complained. The main danger is a female walking by and taking offense. Wanking on the other hand... haha. Requires your own office, at least.

I doubt the difference matters much. Either can be classified as sexual harassment. Naked women might get you fired faster, I guess. So, yeah, in my case; not worth the risk. I save it for home.
