Hopefully Jorts minimizes the PT of Jared Jeffries! I am worried that the Knicks will play consistently better w/o Amare. Whether he likes it or not, his best position is probably center.
+1 (even Hotfresh won't like it)

I think they taught the backwards PnR at Harvard: don't use the pick and dribble directly into the double team. Lin did it like 4 straight times LOL

The Knicks closed out 2011 by administering a WHUPPIN' on the Sacramento Kings! Happy New Year! Go, KNICKS!!!

No way he should be running the show
To think this guy commanded a 10 page thread on this board...
Are we back at it again? You missed the point last time? The argument was give the kid a chance but you wanted none of it. I respect your argument on TD but we all wanted to see how the kid look as compare to what TD has done the last few games before tonight.

The most overrated shooter in the game - his nickname should be "33 Percent"

I was at a friends/ family party and we were only able to control the tv for the first three quarters but Jorts was amazing. Great to see Tyson getting chances to score and scoring. I can't make any personal observations because I only saw bits and pieces of the game but what a win. The Kings are a very good team and the type that should trip up the Knicks despite their talent at full strength. For the Knicks to come in and dominate tonight like they did was awesome. I am back on the bandwagon. How does management hit a home run two, possibly three years in a row with their second round picks. Fields, Jorts, and Jordan all look like guys that should contribute and have a ten year career. Happy New Year Go Knicks.

We bang DID IT!!!
Jorts, baby, Jorts.
CrushAlot@ 1/1/2012 1:18 AM
Believe it!

Watching it now- Fields looking great w/o Amare/Tyson on the floor. Jordan. Jorys, Fields and TD can be a well oiled second unit and Melo needs to be part of it to keep defenses honest. Jory's is a bull dog. How can you not love this dude?

My wife wants to watch bill cosby but I think I have to take control.

Don't mess with the Jorts.
Looks like we actually played defense, rebounded and moved the ball without Amar'e. That's not saying we're better without Amar'e but he's sort of the weak link out there right now. Dude really needs to find his niche on this team.

i like Lin on the roster as a project. but he's not looking ready for prime time.
though novak did just bail him out to get him an assist.
Worst stint I've ever seen Lin play out of all of the games I've ever seen him in, although it was only 3 minutes. Did not show the offensive or defensive game that I have watched many times before. My assumption is he is pressing.

The only footage of Jorts I'd seen before the draft:
