with jorts and jerome looking good, it's not an issue right now.
tyson was the best player on the floor for knicks vs the lakers.

That was a bad call.

the amar'e effect. i love the guy, but he's been killing the team with his horrid play.
they were able to play like this when it was Amare and the other cast. since Melo and Amare linked up, it hasn't worked.
yeah, if you look up thread, i said that earlier. main issue with this team is that amar'e and melo have not learned how to play together at all.
it's on them and d'antoni to figure it out.
i think baron will help, but i don't know if he solves amar'e and melo not looking right together.
i hope it helps. honestly, if Amare and Melo don't figure it out, then Baron could possibly hurt. just another ball dominator potentially.

When the team has these kinds of non-productive times down the court, the coachshould be looking for a timeout

i think it's a possibility that baron could hurt. but i think he's gonna be here to win and prove he can lead a winner from the point.
i'm still worried about amar'e fitting in, honestly.

You mean like the one that was just called?
okay, time to stop shooting so many threes. can we see a little more melo?

Deja vu

No need to rush him back in at this point.
For those who are remarking about Knicks shots going in, don't you think it was a fluke that they shot as poorly as they have so far this year? Did you think this team was never gong to shoot their normal averages? No way this team is only going to score 78 and 82 ppg all year. It had to eventually turn around and they have a hot shooting night. MDA's teams always score a lot so eventually they would get back to some scoring at a more normal rate.
The key is going to be their defense. They have to make sure to keep playing D. Of course now with the scrubs in the D and O starts to falter.
Jorts getting 3 point happy...Novak not gettng back on D...Bibby running like the hardwood has morphed into sand. Cant believe I'm saying this but, time to get Douglas back in there.

well, if it's true that Amare didn't like not having his team when he was with Nash, then the same could hold true today.
That's what I mean by "stupid" ball. They had a 20 point lead, no need to take (and miss) 5 straight 3's. No attempt to go to the hoop or get in closer for a better shot.

You must have had a coach?
