Developmental league in more ways than one. NBA Hookers > NBDL Hookers

Lin is dominating this game.
NYKBocker @ 1/20/2012 7:36 PM
Lin with a block and rebound then push the ball up setup a layup but player gets fouled. Dang. Lin can't get any burn here?

I also see his warts....but..he is 1000000x better than TD or Bibby.

Looks slower and lacks athleticism even against the NBDL. Still think he's better than TD though

I don't think he is slow. He is sneaky fast. The game against Connecticut back in his Harvard days was very impressive.

Maybe but he will have trouble in the nba where PGs can just over power him in both ends
NYKBocker @ 1/20/2012 8:04 PM
Lin with another penetration.
NYKBocker @ 1/20/2012 8:05 PM
Lin with another setup. If these players do not miss these easy shots, Lin would have 15 assists already.
NYKBocker @ 1/20/2012 8:08 PM
Lin with 12 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists at halftime.
RonRon @ 1/20/2012 8:12 PM
its funny because he have yet to see him penetrate left yet.
He has a pretty sick left hand crossover but he rarely goes left.
Lin uses his quickness, speed, and angles very well.
I don't understand why he never got a shot to produce while TD and Bibby both struggled in that area.
NYKBocker @ 1/20/2012 8:28 PM
Lin just penetrated left for the hoop and the foul.
NYKBocker @ 1/20/2012 8:31 PM
Lin PnR with Jerome and defense collapses so Lin drills the mid range shot.
gunsnewing @ 1/20/2012 9:22 PM
Lin 28pts 12as 10rebs
Jordan 26pts 8rebs 5blks

Their 1st game for Erie..Gotta love summer league

MaTT4281 @ 1/20/2012 9:45 PM
I watched the wrong f*cking game...
gunsnewing @ 1/20/2012 10:26 PM
I know it the NBDL but you're telling me an orchestrator like Lin couldn't get minutes at PG for a team that doesn't have a PG? UNBELIEVABLE!!
CrushAlot @ 1/20/2012 10:30 PM
Love this thread. Maybe a Bayhawks thread could be stickied.

Jordan's numbers are much better than overseas. Sending these guys to the d-l and not waiving them was the right move. Whenever D'Antoni figures things out or management moves on they will be a part of the future. With no draft picks using the d-l to develop players and retain them is brilliant. 15 man rosters are not neccesary. Teams can and should use the d-l. Also, a smart move with limited practice time with a condensed schedule. Keep the game threads going for the BayHawks.
gunsnewing @ 1/20/2012 11:14 PM
I think we need to send TD to the nbdl!
KNICKSBIGCATS @ 1/21/2012 12:07 PM
Great first game, Jeremy and Jerome.
Keep going.
