What I noticed so far is we have not gone on an instant 0 to 7 run with the bench groups now that TD has not played yet. If thats all that Lin brings I am fine with that.
it would be amazing if lin can man the spot until bdiddy comes back and even then be the backup pg.

Exactly. Took game #23 to figure out TD sucked the life out of the team but at least they figured it out!
and earl what i meant about him getting knocked around was that around the hoop he gets knocked and ive seen him throw up some wild shots. hopefully it's just jitters.

I took Lin 2mins to get going. First time playing in the 1st half with the big boys

You make a great point. Just elated to see Lin play with the big kids. Once he settles down, hopefully he will get used to the bumps and physical play. JVG commented on his deceptive quickness and I'm with that.

Yea that's what I was hoping for. We need a real PG and a backup PG so why can't Lin earn the job? He's clearly still playing a bit slow and tentative but the more he plays the better he'll get.

sorry man im just not an asskisser. i play pg and am always tough if its not perfection, Lin has played ok but i cant lie and say he is steve nash. I dont think there is anything wrong with that

i think, until you see us with a consistent pg you can't too harshly judge or praise our team...

i hope and pray that lin is good! he's clearly earned his minutes through working hard in practice and that's why he's in the game so early tonight. i think what everyone needs to realize though is that as a coach, d'antoni couldn;t just yank douglas out of the rotation after a bad 10-15game stretch which is exactly what it's been. if he does that, that's when he starts to lose the team. douglas got every opportunity to snap out of his funk and he hasn't. now is where guys who have been working hard in practice, get their hard work rewarded.
Lin showed some jitters and some highlights playing with starters against starters. We held the lead. Couldn't ask for more at this point.
