JEREMY LIN HAS ARRIVED

Utah crashes the boards better than any other team. We have to get box out and secure rebounds (Amare, Jeffries)!

There is no hiding Amare's defense tonight. Both Jefferson and Millsap have excellent post games. Chandler will shut one of them down, guaranteed. If we can contain the other and SECURE rebounds, we stop the Jazz offense.

I'm not even thinking about all that.

I'm so high on Lin right now. To my mind, all we need is Jeremy Lin to penetrate and drop dimes like an animal; everything else falls into place.

TC has great defense but he is also our only true shot blocker, with Amare gaining that athleticism back as a help defender.
But his 1v1 defense is horrible with his help defense being next to horrible but with the ability to block shots.
Jefferson, Millsap, Favors, Hayward and Favors all have great size and the ability to post up and hit the 15-17footer.
Utah has pretty good defense especially at the SF, with Hayword and Millsap, having the combination of size, strength, and length to give Melo a tough time.
Devin Harris and Watson, especially Watson both have good defense, as well. I hope Lin continues his success and finds a role with us long term...

You could watch Jeremy Lin in color with a black-and-white TV because his game is so brilliant.

Hi, I'm Alicia!

I grew up in Central Florida. I teach piano. I love working in Cub Scouts. I'm a Mormon

About Me

I'm a piano teacher, a college library worker, enjoy crafts of all kinds, and work in Cub Scouts with my husband. Recently, I enrolled again! in college and am looking forward to lifelong learning. Our 3 children are grown, and we love every minute we get to spend with them and our grandsons.

Why I am a Mormon

My mom joined the church when I was young, so I've spent most of my life actively participating in the Church. I prayed and studied to learn for myself of the marvelous truths that can be found by all who seek. I know that this is where anyone can find more truth!

About Me

Since my children and grandchildren live a state away, I like to stay in touch with them through family photos. My favorite thing to do is to make photo books about their lives, and vacations we share together. Also, I belong to a camera club. I enjoy trying to be creative to surprise others, and I enjoy admiring their artwork. Photography is a medium through which I build relationships, exercise, and enjoy the out of doors.

Why I am a Mormon

I am so grateful to be a Mormon. I have challenges in my life, but I have learned to live with them and rise above them. By following the counsel and guidance of our priesthood leaders from Home Teachers to the Prophet, we have avoided so much heartache and sorrow. I am bipolar. I was diagnosed at age 38, when my sixth child was 15 months old. Although I will have this illness for the rest of my life, I know that I will not be like this forever. Christ laid down his life and was resurrected so that we may become as he is.
I have learned that through strict obedience I can lead a healthy, normal life. I take my medications faithfully. My husband goes to my doctor with me to be sure that we both understand what he wants me to do. Even with the illness I feel I have been a successful mother. I was able to nurture and teach my children, and be sensitive to their day to day experiences.
In May 2010 we lost a little 15 month old grandchild. We love him dearly and miss him. The gospel helps us bear our sorrow. We know that through the resurrection of Christ and our sealing covenant that he is ours. We will be able to raise him from his infancy in the millennium - - - he is so-o-o Cute! He delighted us here, and he will delight us there. My main testimony is that the gospel of Jesus Christ works. It has answers for everything we experience here on earth. It can help us work through our sorrows, and intensify our joy. It's the only way to live.
