Lin just drew a second foul on Gasol as soon as he came back in the game. THAT IS HUGE.
skeng @ 2/10/2012 8:53 PM
drawing fouls from the twin towers too
misterearl @ 2/10/2012 8:53 PM

Did Hubie just mention Nash in talking about Lin?

gunsnewing @ 2/10/2012 8:53 PM

aw, man, if the alley oop had gone down to TC it woulda brought down the house.
raven @ 2/10/2012 8:55 PM
Credit the lakers, they're tired as hell but they won't let it go easily...
MaTT4281 @ 2/10/2012 8:56 PM
Knicks still looking good, but these are the moments you want a superstar that can help take pressure off of Lin.

It's the type of hard headed obstinacy you can only develop from winning Championships. Tyson has the excat same attitude.

this is where we see if MDA can really coach this team. lakers are shutting down the traditional PnR at the top of the key.

what else you got MDA?

(note: i am not hating on MDA, curious to see if he can respond.)

The experience of playing without Carmelo and Stoudemire will provide positive in the long run.

Be great if we had one. Better if we had 2. If there was onlt a way to get 2 studs on this Lin lead team. Oh wait...

yup

watching the way the lakers are playing D.. they are basically keeping 2-3 guys around lin at all times. when melo and amear are back they are going to be facing alot of single coverage which is going to allow EVERYONE to score alot of points. i think melo is licking his chops to get back and play with lin. he's going to get a million one on one opportunities.
