Knicks · Two holes (and a half) plugged!! (page 1)

All I can say is that that debacle that was the Knicks first round playoff series last year won't be happening again this year. Our two biggest holes are plugged: center and point guard. AND with Shumpert available to play off the ball and cover for Fields if he stinks up the joint like last year, our top 6 players suddenly looking pretty solid. Pray that Melo buys in, and we might just win a series!

I would add Novak and Jorts to that list

The great thing about all this is that everyone can get back to what they do best...Amare can pick and roll...Melo is not a point forward...Shump back to the bench where he can be a spark...Melo doesn't have to hurry back...we sign JR and we have a bench...

Fields has stepped up his d pretty significantly from last year. I think were gonna be calling fro Jeffries a lot after stat comes back. I dont think he'll ever truly play good defense and always be a liability. But Chandler has been a nice surprise with his offensive production. Still like to see him step out on screens more though.

How can you plug half a hole? Or is the plug just half-way in?
