I've enjoyed reading your posts. However, you make a post like this and you're asking to be ridiculed.
Hahahahaha, yea.
I meant to get accross that even a casual fan notices the team plays a different type of hoops with Melo out there.
Fair enough. It sounded like you were a 12 year old who had to check everything with his dad first!
This is a stupid trade that would leave us very unbalanced. If we were to trade either player, Orlando would be the best landing spot. Either Melo and Chandler for Dwight and Turk or Stoudemire and Douglas for Anderson, Turk, and Reddick. I would prefer to just make this team work as is. No place for the aging Gasol though. Any trade should bring in additional shooters.
I think we could find a better trade piece to aim for than Gasol. Maybe last year, but with Chandler and Stat - no need.
We probably could use some youth, and shooting from the outside from the SF spot.
Also, a bunch of guys here this year (Davis, JR Smith) are probably gone next.
Maybe we could just dump melo and open cap space & get some draft picks. Cleveland?
Melo for Gasol? is this guy an idiot? Melo is worth a lot more than Gasol. We are better off keeping Melo he can work in this offense. Amare is the Problem. He can't shoot anymore, He is the worst defender on the team and is a huge liability, always stepping aside and giving up layups or dunks. He is a lazy rebounder, he is now going to the rim scared and getting his shot blocked at least one per game according to Walt Frazier.
That's why Vescey is no longer on TV..Of course Lakers would do it in a heartbeat..They specialize in one sided trades..Why does the league and everyone act like something is owed to the Lakers..I can't understand it..
this is the most ridiculous trade rumor ive ever heard. there couldn't be a worse trade than this and gasol in nyc? talk about wilting under pressure. melo for gasol, wow. this is what its come to for guys like vescey?
Reading about it, talking about, posting about it.
Vescey is not an idiot. We are.
I'd do Gasol for Amar'e. I actually think that could help both teams and both players. They both seem to need a change of scenery.

Why the heck would the lakers make that move and take our junk? An aging, declining, defenseless, slithery fingered, uninsured Amare? Kupcheck ain't no dummy - cmon!
