Walker IS that guy you keep on the bench for insurance. Now, he is insurance for Smith and Novak.

Yep. TD has turned into a bench figure, just like Balkman. And Walker will be kept on a much shorter chain. I think he'll see some light when he comes back, but any of those defensive slips or 0 for whatever shooting nights will land him back on the bench with the coaches.
