Fields is definitely better suited to the backup role...he's a cutter and slasher and benefits from no ISO players in the 2nd unit.

Spurs getting a couple breaks there, but the Knicks need to just keep playing with energy. looks like MDA is definitely trying to separate STAT and Melo for periods of time and make sure STAT has room to operate with scorers around him on the perimeter. KNICKS GOTTA MAKE SHOTS!!!

Agreed. Looks dead out there when Baron Davis is running it. People just standing around, and praying that perimeter shots will go down. Fortunately, Smith's 3 went in.

Good to see the guy get up, but he looks out of it. I have to say i've always feared this guy given his spinal issues and his extremely slight build. He's a really small guy and the NBA can be extremely physical.

Nah he doesn't look finished at all. He looks good some games and bad others. He looks like a guy who hasn't play'd in awhile.
