LMFAO LMFAO hahahah - that is funny man. I wonder how much a snitch gets paid. Or, does he just feed the cocaine habit.

Interesting.
Herb tells Allan Houston, who relays the message upstairs
Point blank D'Antoni has not done a dam thing for 4 yrs. NBA is based on results and the guy got a pass for 3 yrs. We can make excuses but he was still paid very well to coach a lottery team.
Knicks did him a solid by allowing him to stay this long. They put money in his and his brother pockets.
I guess if the Knicks win tonight it will be because of Woodson. LOL! NY Media...relentless.

Amid unprecedented roster turnover he delivered our first winning season in 10 years.
I'm just wondering if many of you would have the same replies if D'Antoni lasted to the end of the season. He wasn't coming back regardless. The only thing that could've saved him was if Lin became a rich man's steve nash...not a poor mans.
Everyone is watching the game tonight
It's all about the ratings

This shows nothing but ignorance. He never had players for more than a year. His first 3 years shouldn't even count on his resume.
At least we know Mike Woodson is guaranteed to run the offense through Melo and Amare now.

Oh Yeah. No more gimmick ball.
The return of post play from the Knicks should be heralded.
I guess D'antonio was out of answers. How many times can you call the same pick and roll or ISO for the same player. I would've preferred if he waited until the end of the season, but now Phil or Jerry will have amble time to plan their training camp.
Asked in another thread:
What system are we going to be running? Iso's?
What will this do to Lin since he flowed in D'Antoni's offense sans #7
can't wait for the fans to start booing melo so i can turn the volume up.

what ever we run tonight, its temporary
not sure how this will immediately help, but long term i can understand.
who knows what's going on or what will happen...ugh

Talking about cleaning house...
why on earth would they stay?
not exactly surprising to me.
I wonder which teams will be interested in D'Antoni's services next year?
so sloan & Phil or how about ewing can he leave Orlando in season and coach the Knicks now?

Nope. NO pressure either!
Endured Isiah, Donnies two year clean up job, got a good team on the floor, Dolan Starphuched and we right back to the crud.
Anubis likes the crud.
Maybe it works for a change.
I'll be watching with the rest of you that think WE own the team and know better.
3.5 year regime is longer than most.
First call MDA makes is to Larry and they get drunk together.
stupid stupid stupid.
this is what happens when the front office is basically a shadow entity run by dolan (and isiah).
i'm sure the rest of the team is thrilled with melo right now.
and this morning's and last night's little media blitz by CAA? worked like a charm for them.
FCCCK this SH!!T
worst run organization in pro sports.
Wow...
Im close to my breaking point with this franchise. This is beyond ridiculous. How much lack of professionalism in this franchise.
I don't care if this was D'Antoni's fault or Melo's, this is a sad day for any Knicks fan. It reminds us we are fans of the worst laughingstock of the NBA and one of the worst in professional sports.
D'Antoni resigns. So now this is Melo's team to the fullest. I don't think I'll like this.
What about Lin? Why would he come back to this mess.
assuming melo is empowered to get whatever he wants seems to be assuming things a bit, no?
maybe grunwald wants to go in a different direction, to a more half court oriented team, and a new coach.
they gave mda his shot, but even with this being a short season i don't think they expected things to be this bad/crazy.
