This game will not, nor will any of the remaining 20+ games, tell you anything about MDA or MDA's offense.
Yeah.. It will only confirm that Melo is the most evil player on the planet, or the evilest player on the planet
To be evil you must be sharp, I do not think Melo do what Melo DO out of sharpness, but a confused dullness.

Only a person not paying any attention would try and make this a referendum on MDA's system. The Suns had multiple seasons as one of the top offensive team in BB. In successive years they went #1, #2,#1, #2 and last year with Felton here the team was at #5, before the trade and still after the trade ended the year at #7. Does he have to really prove anything else.

I think he needed to prove that he could win with different players especially guys that had been stars in other places. That didn't happen. I have read some opinions that place the blame of his not winning on the owner and Anthony. I have read other accounts that place blame on D'Antoni for being stubborn and committed to a system that didn't fit with his star players. Truth is probably somewhere in the middle.

People don't like "the middle" because it does not prove them right (or wrong) but that is exactly where the blame is.
Somewhere in the middle. I love when people have the guts to blame both of them.

Of course I had this in mind!
haha!
just to be an asshole, i wanna throw this out there:
did anyone notice Mike Woodson saying he's going to hold his guys accountable? i think this is awesome. as a start, let's examine how it's worked so far.
Melo dogged it and resisted D'Antoni's offense since his arrival.
how will Mike "Accountability" Woodson punish such insubordination?
why of course!!! design the whole offense to run through him. that'll teach Melo...
lol.

I think that is accountability...I mean, who is Melo going to blame now if he doesn't produce?

What is Herb's role on the coaching staff now. Todd is a big man coach. Walker is a defensive guy as is Woodson. Where does Herb fit and what is his role?
