The truth is, he got the most out of that Hawks team that anyone could of- they are simply not an elite team. They can do well in the regular season, but come the playoffs, they just don't have the players to go far. Plus Woodson's is still developing as a coach- last night he said he used to be against 3's, but he's changed his view on them- if you have shooters that can make them, why not?

Woody reminds me of Van Gundy. They both took over as interim coaches an had success. woody is a great coach he made atlanata a good team and when we are healthy it will be hard for anybody to beat us

Woody is the man! Completely won me over. Woodson with a healthy team next year is scary.
I liked MDA, but Woodson is clearly making this work with the personnel he was given more so than MDA. Woodson is winning big time games with no PG, has the team believing in themselves down the stretch and has them winning close games. Team has reclaimed more of the JVG/Riley mentality that we Knicks fans of this era tend to appreciate more.

Dolan better give Woodson the head coaching job next year I love what i've see from Woody
I like the results, so far. I want to see if Woodson can pass the test of getting the most out of all of the players, though.
