It was definitely uncalled for, and batshit crazy. But it was more funny and awkward than actually being harmful to either guy.

Edited for clearer comprehension. The clear inference is, if Mr. West practices better hygeine, and/or doesn't have the herpes thing, you'd possibly not be creeped out.
