It's mental I agree. Sometimes all it takes is seeing the ball go through the hoop even on a whistle or dead ball to get a shooter untracked.
The ball moves 100 times better when Bibby is in the game! Because Bibby knows that is the only reason he is in there - to move the ball.
He does not thing he is still a star (like BDoLitte) and understands his roll. Given more time, I bet his shot gets more consistent. One of the biggest MONEY SHOOTERS of his day.

In Sacramento he was clutch as hell. That team was stacked as shit. Bibby, Christie, Stojakovic, Webber, Divac. Bibby almost shot the Kings past the Lakers in the playoffs.
