right after commercial if you guys wanna check it out.
Ray says that he woulda had to think about it if he thought the knicks were going to sign Lin too but he thinks he woulda still came.
Sure sounds like he knew that he wasn't comin
Would love if they weighed him
Felton makes No excuses for not being in shape.
"I'm shutting up everybody's mouth... I'm in shape right now"

im at wrk give me some more details pleeeaasse
He said that he came in out of shape last year and it was all his fault.
I am in shape and ready to play right now and gonna be even better shape in 2 months
Breen: where is your weight right now?
Felton: changes subject
Like this guy and love his talk about learning from Kidd and getting back to PnR and getting everyone involved
Classy when asked about the Lin situation. He should get all the money he can get and should not be judged on it.
Seemed really excited to be a knick again.
Amare looks like he grew another inch
1. Alan Hahn Alan Hahn @alanhahnFelton admits to Breen on @msgnetworks he was upset about being traded to Denver, “But I’m back home now.”
2. 10m Alan Hahn Alan Hahn @alanhahn
Felton also says he would have come to Knicks regardless of Lin situation because “this is where I wanted to be.”
3. 3m Alan Hahn Alan Hahn @alanhahn
Felton on @msgnetworks: “I won’t make no excuses, I wasn’t in shape [last season]….I’m looking fwd to this year and shutting everybody up.”

Felton says he is in shape now, could play right now. Really seemed to take to heart what’s being said about him.
glad to hear what ray is saying. i think he's gonna have a good year.
Man!! Love a guy who wants so badly to be in NY. I think he will have a really good year and come in great shape. He already is looking much slimmer.
He really wants to shut people up. Hard to have a competitive edge in Portland

Breen and Clyde said he looks like he is in great shape.
I think he is a steal @ 4 x 14.
He is so excited to learn from JKidd - that scares me.
Really refreshing to hear all this. Guy that wants to be here, accepts the criticism, and wants to prove doubters wrong.
Really good interview. A back-court of Felton and Shump will be a joy to watch.
I forgot how much I liked his feisty personality. I think that he will get the respect of his teammates far more than JLin. That is not a knock on Lin but it is just the way it is.

It'll be like a pitbull and a rottweiler gnawing at your ankles as you dribble the ball up the court.
A starting team of:
Felton
Shump
Melo
Chandler
anyone other than Amare
Would be sick!!

so if amre came in and said the same thing, what then??
To be fair, Amare had a pretty decent, candid interview too. Said he's much more leaner (245 vs. 260 last year). Really hoping Felton can help Amare rediscover his mojo.

Said what?
i always liked felton and didnt want him to go in the melo trade. Hey at least we are getting back some the assets we lost in that trade

Missed that interview aside from the last 30 seconds.
Like I said in another thread. Amare is very image conscience and he wants to prove everyone wrong and I hope he does.

I think leaner is much better for Amar'e.
I'm hoping that extra weight is what robbed him of his explosion. I think he put on the muscle mass to protect has back, but it uh... backfired.
Hopefully Amar'e has his explosion and quickness back. And hopefully his back holds up. He and Felton can be a devastating duo on the PnR. That is something to be excited about.
They still need to work out spacing issues with Amar'e, Melo and Tyson along the frontline to give Amar'e space in the middle and still have Melo well positioned to be the second option on the PnR (not saying second option overall, but second option on that play)
