I saw those pictures were taken a half mile away and the poor girl thinking she was safe from this crap. Its cultural to go topless in many places but we are like immature little boys who have to take a peek. She is a very attractive women who doe not promote hotness nor should we judge or compare her to a model or actress who monetizes that look for a living.

I think we should close down this thread. Give her some privacy and dignity. There are plenty of other women posing topless who want their pictures looked at.
Also, it is now against the law for the photos to be shown (at least in France and in France most of the young girls are topless at the beaches.)

I want to agree with this, but she knew what she was getting herself into and is happy to take the perks that come with her social status... anyway, keep your top on if you don't want this stuff leaked

Kate might have known what she was getting into, but the photogrpher went too far. I'm glad the courts are siding with the Royal Family. Maybe it's a start for bringing some descency back into the world.

It certainly was too far. I'd be pissed if it happened on my vacation. But truthfully, it's hard for me to feel bad for her or the prince
