Howard re-injured shoulder jeez

what? that was a good shot off great ball movement
SMH Dantoni finally calls a TO after Suns tie the game
Beasley has been on a tear lately scoring off the bench.
Lakers are in trouble wow down 4
Nash actually played really solid defense the last couple of posessions
Kobe went JR Smith to finish the game - just shoot
MDA really knows had to stop a run
Lakers will feel this loss for a long long time
Jamison was on fire. Don't know why Dantoni benched him in the 4th in favor of Artest. Lakers couldn't buy a bucket in the 4th
because of a turnover
MDA and his effin dog house - SMH
And Kobe returned to being a prick - he had 9 assists halfway through the 3rd and he ended up with? 9!!!!!

Not really his fault. Guys weren't hitting shots, turning the ball over, missing FT's. NAsh wasn't getting any shots. Lakers feel behind and Kobe tried to take over. Can't blame him the way the rest of the guys played. Primarily Artest who had no business being on the floor over Jamison
So do people still think Howard is using the shoulder injury as a cop-out?
No but messing with pampered entitled divas is so much fun
MDa really doesn't like Gasol does he? Why not just trade him and no not for AMar'e.

O.K, so what's your point? They're still 20-25 overall, 10th place of the Western Conference and still 4 games back of the 8th seed.
The Lakers beat OKC? Congrats to them. Not to go off topic here but our Knicks have beaten the Heat twice along with the Spurs twice.
But once again, the Lakers are on a three game win streak (OKC, UTAH & New Orleans). Big deal. Say hello to 20-25 overall, 5 games below .500, 10th seed of the Western Conference and only 3.5 games ahead of the Kings for the 13th seed of the West (only ahead of Phoenix and New Orleans).
That's reality...
WHAT Do the knicks have to do with the lakers? They are making an observation about the lakers recent good play... and they are playing better..
The same posters who harp all over Knick L's then become the same posters talking up the Lakers (of all teams) as "apparently" a team that has "figured it out".
NYKMentality wrote:I wouldn't go that far. Just because they beat the Hornets by 5 points and/or a three game winning streak doesn't mean the Lakers haven't figured anything out. They're a 20-25 basketball team and currently 10th seed of the Western Conference until proven otherwise. A small three game win streak doesn't change all of the above. Still 4 games back of the Rockets for the 8th seed.
But with all that said, I do hope the Lakers make the postseason over the likes of Houston who's only 25-22 as the 8th seed of the Western Conference. As a basketball fan, I can see the Lakers putting up a strong fight against just about any team with Steve Nash, Kobe Bryant, Ron Artest, Pau Gasol and Dwight Howard. The Houston Rockets on the other hand? I can't see James Harden leading this team to the playoffs let alone out of the first round. Just not enough help surrounding Harden.
But yea, at 20-25 overall while being the 10th seed of the Western Conference and/or 18th amongst all NBA teams (standings wise); I wouldn't say they've figured anything out"
That was my response to the Lakers "figuring it out".
And I was proven right/correct last night. The Lakers just lost to the 2nd worst team in the Western Conference. The awful PHX Suns.
The Lakers are now 20-26 overall and the 10th seed of the Western Conference. Only 3.5 games ahead of becoming the 3rd worst record/team of the entire Western Conference. 3.5 games I repeat.
Yea, right, the Lakers have "figured it out". Too funny...

The Lakers have a coach that Nixluva likes and sometimes he makes quick comments out of excitement. Why do you care so much?
Why do you care that he cares? Why do I care that you care that he cares? Why do I care that you care that I care that you care that he care? Huh Huh Huh huh huh.... Why do I care to actually care to type why do you care that he care? To many cheap energy drinks

THAT WAS a fun game to watch.. denver is a bad matchup for the rockets.. they both play similar styles and the Nuggs at this point are just better at it...
Fun, fun, game to watch.. I mean score a bascket and in 3 seconds the ball is going in the hoop on the other end.. LOL.... wow...
