They've had success against us (2-2) but it's no question who the much better team is. And it's not Brooklyn.
But yea, nice to see the Nets lose although I was pulling for an Indy loss in which didn't happen against the Hawks. Indy won and pulled a 1/2 game closer to our Knicks. Only 2.5 ahead of Indy.
Nyets only 2-2 against us cos we had key injuries both losses
Mike Bresnahan @Mike_Bresnahan
Pau Gasol strained the plantar fasciitis in his right foot, Lakers say. He will have an MRI tomorrow in Boston.
WOW Lakers banged up

Question: Are the Grizz still legit after the loss of Gay?
They're fairly close to losing to the Suns at home tonight.

No. They are at home and they are going to lose to the Suns. No reason to trade Gaye after their earlier trade with Cleveland. If this is on Hollinger he really blew it.
Also, Speights has been playing really well in Cleveland. He always played well when Zach was out. You can't have enough good, young big men.
lin with 28/9 .... I hear ya...

SO overrated. For all the hype surrounding their backcourt, the best and most consistent player on that team is Bropez.
Shaq was absolutely on the money when he said he'd take Bropez over Howard on Open Court. Folks thought he was hating. He, of all people, KNOWS talent from the center position.

Not a fan of Deron, in fact I don't care for him. However, he is supposed to need surgery on his wrist. When he wanted to play last year against Lin he was unstoppable.

A friend and I were discussing the dropoff in Felton's play earlier this season. I told him that I wasn't making excuses for him, but that he's playing with bone bruises on both hands. His response was that if he's on the court, he's well enough to play, so he's gotta be held accountable.
He was right. If Deron is truly hurt, he shouldn't be on the court. If he is, he's got to be held accountable for his play.
