The best part is we sent both home. Our last game vs the hawks is what sent the bulls to face the nets.

I'm surprised the ex-ballers like Shaq, Barkley and Kenny Smith, Magic, Jalen Rose on TNT & ESPN haven't recognized the trend that these teams aren't better at home playing in a win or go home game.
The pressure to win in front of their home fans is too much, the visiting team is loose, no friends and family to deal with, all business no pleasure of any sorts.
Guys are nervous more than we know, these guys don't have ice in their veins anymore.

Nets and the Hawks for that matter play with zero passion...They play like they are at work..

Gutsy series by the injury decimated Bulls, and a pathetic sit out by Rose. What a contrast. Glad the Bulls won, because I don't like the Nets and haven't forgotten all that talk about how they were better than the Knicks, and more importantly they'll hopefully play the Heat much tougher than the Nets would of.
As for Deng- he had a spinal tap to check whether he illness was meningitis. This procedure left him with terrible migraines (Spinal fluid cushions your brain, so this is a common side effecvt when some of that fluid is drained away). then there was an issue due to the spinal fluid leaking out the puncture wound. They've now used his own blood to cap the puncture mark and stop it leaking anymore. Meningitis has been ruled out so who knows what his illness is. Don't see him being back at full strength for a while.
