No chance the Pacers win in Miami, this was all about making it go 7 games.
Miami star power vs the Spurs team ball with vets.
I disagree. Weren't you theorizing that the pressure was on the home team? I think it will be a great game.

Steph Curry was the TRUTH until his team got eliminated.
Paul George has a ways to go dude.
David West and Hibbert are making it easier for Indiana's perimeter players.

Third best small forward in the league and it's not debatable. Mentioned this early on during the regular season. If he figures the game completely out he can become a Top 3 player in the entire league.
lebron, durant and paul george?
come on son. Paul George could not lead a team to the playoffs by himself without hibbert and west. that is a team effort. switch paul george and lebron, and lebron's team would have swept george's team in this series.

Flu played pretty well during the regular season but played like a guy that should be waived or amnestied in the playoffs. Who helps their team advance?

Tyler hansborough? show me the money? rofl.. now this post is just flat out desperate
this is just a bitter post.. LOL
Im not bitter.
David West is going to get paid this summer and Indiana doesnt have his bird rights since they only signed him for 2 years. Still they can pay him alot of money.
Just keeping it real.

It sure was but the whole heat team didn't bring it for 48 min, if they did the pressure would have killed the Pacers.
Now watch the Pacers don't bring it for 48 minutes in Miami and the heat go on in triumph.
pacers have a very good chance of prevailing because of rebounding and defense. they can't stop hibbert and paul george is a clutch player. miami looks small and a little old.

They have all their first and second round pick from 2013 to 2018.....
Yeah but their magic years were when Walsh was in ny. He is back in Indy running the draft. They are already set up to do well for a long time. For the pacers sake, hopefully they talk with Vogel about who to draft. Pacers dodged some bullets. Their team and coach were in place before old and in the way returned.
No Crush they have Pritchard there the guy Walsh hired.....the guy who helped draft Roy/Batum/Aldridge...his major gaff was Oden over Durant but he had Roy there at the time...

Speaking of expectations what are the Knicks since trading for Melo and what are they now 3yrs later?
No I dont have sour grapes.
It's just corny when you and TKF jump from young team to young team in your attempt to throw shade on the Knicks. Denver was supposed to go further than us in the playoffs. ELIMINATED. Golden State has a great young team with a future. ELIMINATED. Durant is so efficient and Melo is a Chucker. ELIMINATED. Now onto the Pacers.
It's just corny.

David West was like 0-7 in the first half tonight and didn't play that well in Game 5....Hibbert's been the most consistent/dominant but George has been the most dynamic and more utility.
It will make it hard for Wade to not just fall from being a good player as he ages without a 3 point shot. I would point to Jason Kidd but he never shot the three as bad as Wade and Kidd always shot a decent number of 3s in a season. Wade has so many season where he is under 80 attempts.

He wants to stay there and they want to keep him. Vogel said they aren't letting him go. So what's the big deal? Pretty soon Tyson/Amar'e/Melo will want extensions AND?

I agree. But while Walsh was messing up knick drafts, trading picks, moving and allowing young players to leave and signing a guy to max contract tha couldn't be insured and who doctors predicted would not be able to play ball by 2012 Pritchard drafted this current group of pacers and acquired George hill.

Woodson and Grunwald said they were keeping Lin. What is your point? Money talks.
You know dam well no one but Melo is getting extended. Come on man.

We don't jump from young team...it's an ideology period doesn't matter the team. A core of youth mixed with vets with present and future assets in the fold has been our MO period. Doesn't matter the team.
There's a contingency of fans such as yourself that figure the Boston Celtics(although I don't necessarily include them in this ideology)/Miami Heat/Lakers Big 3 schtik was the way to go

If West wants another contract around 10 million they will need to trade Granger this off season because they will definitely pay George. If I was them I would probably drop Stevenson and go after Toney Allen if Lance wants a 5 million deal.

No again Crush Bird put that team together...
Bird drafted George/Hibbert/Psyco T/Stephenson..... and signed West and traded for Hill giving up Kawhai Leonard(pick 17-21 or thereabouts) to the Spurs
Walsh hired Pritchard to sign Augustin/Young/Mahinmi/Green and drafted Plumlee/Hansbrough and Granger is more Walsh's pick although he and Bird both agreed to draft him.
Yes Walsh was seriously irresponsible and reckless with our assets when here.

West isn't getting too much more than $10mil/yr...the competition is the Atlanta Hawks and that's about it.
We also have to pay Shumpert Paul George money when Melo wants his extension since Shump is Paul George
Funny thing is small market teams wanted this CBA to be about stopping large market teams from spending too much. It backfired and also hurt the small market teams. OKC had to give up james harden and the pacers will have to give up a player or 2 very soon. I doubt they will go high into the tax to pay this team.

bingo and for the record, go back and check out post. we were high on indy, chicago, and Denver... oh and we also said watch out for the warriors, I know you made mention of that as well..
we are not jumping, but have been pretty consistent.. when I hinted that you could build a winner without having to wreck your salary cap overpaying for wannabee stars, people called us crazy... this league has very few superstars, the teams that have them, have them.. but that can't and shouldn't stop you from building a super team.. something NY fans thought was crazy, because they were too wrapped up trying to duplicate miami with inferior pieces...
