MDA has the lowly Lakers playing hard as heck against the Thunder. He has a Kendall Marshall, Blake, Kamn, Shawne Williams and Johnson out there and they're hanging tough in this game. Just playing Team Ball. If not for all the injuries this team would have a decent record. MDA has a 3 man bench!

It is funny, but mchale is right there. Phil Jax used to let his players draw it up and finish. Its what you want, the players have practiced it, now own it. Phil was not a game time control freak, he believed you lead more during practice and players should lead during the game.

Not saying Mchale is in Zen Master territory yet, but he is a HOF player with some bling himself. He has been there.

That dunk contest was the worst. Wtf was going on in the first round when they were running around all 3 players.. Absolute worst. And then when you think they're about to "eliminate" guys from the contest and have at least a final showdown, it's over. Even Shaq, Chuck and those guys were saying afterwards that the players seemed surprised that it was over..

Was hoping Melo would get it with his 30 points and breaking most 3pt made but can't be mad at the performance Kyrie had and his stat line.

If Kyrie and Waiters can work things out the CAvs could have a great backcourt for the next decade.

They have some good pieces there. They just need a good coach. You get them a good coach and another good vet and they should make some noise.

Say get Tyson-type center there and you have a starting spot of

C-Tyson-type
PF-Bennett
SF-Deng
SG-Waiters
PG-Irving

That is a nice starting lineup.

I would then get SVG to coach this team.

Wow. Not really a hockey fan but I am watching the USA/Canada Womens Gold Hockey game and this is some really good shit. These women can play and are tough as heck. USA up 2-1 in the last 1:35 so Canada pulls the goaley. USA almost scored on an empty net. With 35 sec or so left, Canada scores to tie the game. It's in OT now. Wow.
