I told yall this teams got what it takes to be a real threat to Miami. It starts with the Defense!!! Then you add in ball and player movement and smart PG play and that's the recipe. KEEP THE PRESSURE ON KNICKS.
GodSaveTheKnicks @ 11/2/2012 8:43 PM

SupremeCommander @ 11/2/2012 8:43 PM

Three's are dropping, and it's JR Smith who keeps attacking the basket!
GustavBahler @ 11/2/2012 8:45 PM
Love how smith kicked it out.
Gymkata @ 11/2/2012 8:47 PM
It's a small thing, but Woodson has been smart with this timeouts.
IrishKnickFan @ 11/2/2012 8:47 PM

Holy crap. I hope Melo keeps shooting the three like this all season in lieu of them long 2s.

LOVING the ball movement and defensive intensity

DurzoBlint @ 11/2/2012 8:48 PM
I am loving the defense Melo is showing.
DurzoBlint @ 11/2/2012 8:49 PM
Woody has made better players of Melo and Jr. Does that say anything about his former coach
nixluva @ 11/2/2012 8:49 PM
The Knicks ball movement has been crisp and quick. The ball isn't sticking very much at all.

this is the best the offense has looked in a very long time...

who knows, maybe the Knicks become Miami's matchup nightmare this season because the Knicks have size and the Heat do not

ATrain @ 11/2/2012 8:49 PM
What I am seeing has me anxious for Amare's return. This ball movement in addition to the pick n roll with the plethora of PGs we have should be exciting to watch.

Bobby Knight?

FoeDiddy @ 11/2/2012 8:50 PM
Great game so far..Miami will make a run we have to hold on. JR smith looks great but he has to stop that playground tap in the midsection move on defense..they call it everytime.

True although i like this team without amare at least without him the in starting 5. i still think he would be a beast coming off the bench

Defense and ball movement are contagious. Who wants to be the weak link on defense or the black hole on offense when everyone else is pushing? Let's hope this is a flat out culture change.
