The game changed and NBA and refs will not allow a defensive team take the flare from teh game.
It will be a tuff task for this team to win as the season will progress.

This. In all its simplicity. This is a team that wins by playing smothering defense (not good, but SMOTHERING D) and sharing the ball. Tonight they were lazy on offense and didn't show up on D. And the team they played was red-hot and firing on all cylinders. Although, seriously, they wouldn't beat the Pistons or Wiz playing like this...
But I'm convinced Woody will lower the boom on this team after tonight and they'll come out revitalized for the next game.

I share your optimism. A good team well-coached will recover from this. The sample size thus far says that's who they are.

Too many 3s, and too little defense, even though we shot well. Nobody got what they wanted, Lin lovers didn't get Linsanity, they got Parsonsanity and Asiksanity. And my knicks didn't get the W. And we didn't deserve it. Play like shit, u lose the game.

this will be a new test for them. they responded to the first loss well. lets see how they respond to a blowout. do they do what they have in years past or will they crush the pistons (which they should anyways).

Come on now. Knicks had a legit tough schedule and secured some impressive wins against good teams. No caveats needed. They were the best team in the league for ten games. Just because they played like the worst for one game doesn't mean everything they've built is moot.
No defense. No rebounding. No ball movement.
I doubt anyone was rooting for the return of linsanity tonight. At least I hope not. If they were they are not Knicks fans

the biggest problem is that the knicks spent too much time talking about lin and didnt pay attention to asik harden and parsons
